Currently, as of writing this, I am a 17-year-old high school junior from Kansas with a strong passion for math, science, and exploring the wonders of space. I am deeply inspired by NASA's groundbreaking work and aspire to pursue a PhD in theoretical nuclear physics, along with a Master’s degree in quantum mechanics. My academic journey includes challenging courses such as Pre-Calculus, Physics, and Chemistry II, which fuel my curiosity and align with my career ambitions.
Beyond academics, I am actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including serving as a section leader in my school’s drumline. I am leading the development of a custom marching band show titled The Final Journey, which reflects my creative and organizational skills. I also participate in clubs like Science Club, Chess Club, and Scholars Bowl, demonstrating my diverse interests and commitment to personal growth.
In addition to my school involvement, I work as a soccer referee at Stryker Sports Complex, where I strive to deepen my knowledge of the sport’s rules to ensure fair and confident officiating. My hobbies include experimenting with physics projects, such as designing a tennis ball cannon, and building creative structures in Minecraft, where I manage my own server on Exaroton.
I am also committed to community activities, such as fundraising for my high school band’s trip to Los Angeles and for Camp Oneighty, a cause close to my heart. Recently, I’ve been reflecting on family memories and creative writing, which inspired me to write songs and projects honoring loved ones.
With an eye toward the future, I aim to continue pushing boundaries academically, creatively, and socially while staying grounded in my values and passions.
